Veal – do not pound thin

Dredge:
1 ½ cup flour
5 eggs with salt and pepper
1 ½ cup bread crumbs (plain)
Add 1 TB basil (dry) and 1 TB thyme (dry)

Fry 375 – 2 minutes each side.

Fresh lemon juice on top and serve
