3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil (corn)
1 1/2 TB Anise
1 teas Baking powder
dash salt
2 cup flour
Beat eggs, add sugar. Beat egg/sugar mixture while slowly adding
oil. Add Anise. In a separate bowl mix baking powder, salt and flour,
then add to the egg mixure.
Let batter sit 10 minutes.
Heat Pizzelle iron and cook each cooking about 40 seconds.
