2 2/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup mazolla oil
1/3 cup plus 1 Tablespoon milk
Mix with fork until just blended, do not over stir.
Divide dough in half and place one half between two
sheets of wax paper. Roll out dough to desired thickness. Remove top
sheet of wax paper. Pick up remaining sheet with dough attached (pick
up by the back corners) then lay over pie plate. Lightly press down
to make sure dough has attached itself to the pie plate, then slowly
remove wax paper.
This pie crust is not only used on fruit pies, but also
meat pies.
