2 cups sugar
1 cup oil – or butter
6 eggs
2 cups chopped raisins
2 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 bottle almond

Cream sugar and shortening, add eggs one at a time, then stir in raisins & walnuts.

Fill mini muffin tins lined with pie dough.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
