4 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups grated carrot
1 1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar until light color, add eggs one at a time. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon then add to the butter mixture. Mix in carrot.

Pour into a greased and floured 9" tube pan. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.

Test for doneness - a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cream Cheese Frosting

4 oz softened cream cheese
1 stick soft margarine
1/2 lb powdered confectioner sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Cream the margarine and cream cheese, add powdered sugar, cream again, mix in vanilla.

1 cup chopped nuts
